Dear [[name]];
Welcome to our February newsletter.
Have you started working towards your 2010 goals yet? I have and it feels great to get some traction, slowly making headway one day at a time. To me the goals I have created are all sequential, this happens first and then this will come and so forth. All so exciting and keeps me focused on what is happening right now.
My main goal is to maintain my fitness and energy as having a toddler around, you need to be ready for anything! She is my greatest teacher, motivator and driver towards my goals. It is important to link your goals to your bigger picture, why do you want this goal, for what purpose and what will that get you? How do you feel inside when you have achieved your goal? There will be times where you think you hit a wall. If this happens to you go back to the reason why you want this, find this feeling again and imagine yourself having reached that goal. Do this again and again until you find the obstacle getting smaller and eventually it will evaporate into thin air just like that wall.
February is the month to really get into second gear with your goals and set up good practices for the year ahead, remember those good habits stay with you so create one today. Make it your ritual, like having a hot lemon each morning before breakfast. And remember support is just a click away.
