Ten one hour Coaching Sessions which are conducted via Phone or Skype. Please ensure you tell us your landline or skypename so we can contact you.
Here are a few tips to prepare you for each session:
- 15 mins before the session, you need to be in a room on your own without any disruptions as the focus in on YOU. Please take this 15 minutes to prepare yourself. Have a cup of tea, coffee or a cold beverage and just relax and tune in to yourself.
- 60 minutes the actual coaching session
- 15 mins after the session - Please take this time to relax, reflect on the session and, some people would like to do this, take notes of your thoughts or feelings. This will assist you in moving forward.
