Elizabeth Rowe is an executive business coach, fitness specialist and human resources professional with the appropriate qualifications and corporate experience to provide coaching, training, consulting, mentoring and HR services.
Elizabeth has completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and E-Commerce (Distinctions). She also holds diplomas in International Business, Life Coaching (Executive & Business), Exercise Science and Fitness. She brings a wealth of experience from a broad business background together with an in-depth understanding of all aspects of HR advisory services including performance management, employment law, recruitment, remuneration, organisational change, corporate health initiatives, leadership and executive development. Her professional affiliations and accreditations include Australian Human Resources Institute, Australian International Internal Affairs, Fitness Australia and International Coach Federation.
Elizabeth has developed an excellent reputation as a corporate executive from experience gained over 15 years within the private sector and professional services market, she held positions as the Head of Human Resources, Human Resources Consultant and Executive Assistant for both national and international companies. Such positions gave her the opportunity to travel extensively and work in Europe, the Middle East and Asia allowing her to develop an appreciation and sensitivity to corporate interactions in an international environment. This understanding of cultural sensitivity has only strengthened her ability to manage diversity in the workplace.
Elizabeth has a proven track record of success in coaching, training, consulting and mentoring managers, individuals and teams, with a strong focus on building high performance teams. She studied extensively to gain formal recognition as a Fitness Specialist. The skills acquired through these studies and disciplines of competitive sport has assisted her in motivating staff to initiate improvements to their health and well being through corporate health initiatives. The results of these initiatives have seen an increase in staff morale, higher retention rates, and improved staff participation and cross departmental interaction. Her personal involvement in such initiatives has strengthened the human resources profile and relationship with staff across all levels, and positively impacted an organisation’s culture. Such achievements warranted the opportunity to be part of the finalists and Winner of Highly Commended “Best HR Team” in the National HR Awards.
