Most people are conscious of the negative consequences of feeding into their body unhealthy foods.
The question I would ask you is “What are the effects of what you have been and are currently feeding into your mind?”
What you feed into your mind will determine what you manifest in your life. A metaphor for this is what a computer programmer codes into computer software will determine the output of what we see on the computer screen.
Similarly what we code into our mind through our thoughts, language (self-talk & verbal) and beliefs will determine what we see, hear, think and experience in our lives.
There is an axiom “Garbage in garbage out”. Are you feeding garbage thoughts, language and beliefs into your mind? e.g. “I can’t do it”, “I am not good enough”, “I am not attractive”, “Others are better than me”, “There is something wrong with me”, “I will never be successful” etc. If you are you will find that areas of your life will start to ‘stink’. These thoughts, language and beliefs are ‘rubbish’. For whatever reason/s or circumstances you have picked them up from influences/experiences in your environment. They are not serving you and you need to cease using them.
If you knew that eating ‘junk’ food on a regular basis would lead to illness you would think twice about it and most likely would make a decision to stop doing it. So why would you keep using ‘junk’ thoughts, language and beliefs that are having a detrimental effect on areas of your life?
It is important to take control and responsibility for what you are feeding into your mind.It is a choice that you have.
Make a choice today that you will only feed into your mind what is useful and beneficial for you. Be committed to that choice.
Reprogram your mind with positive input that empowers you and overrides/dilutes the thoughts, language and beliefs that are not allowing you to live the life that you want.
Have a hunger/appetite for the thoughts, language and beliefs that will assist you in living and experiencing the life that you desire.
