Winds of Change

A new year signifies a brand new start, and so with getting on with living and pursuing happiness we find ourselves on a very personal quest. I know many clients who years ago came to me for whatever reason, are in a totally different place now. Many are living their ideal life, they are enjoying those moments and live in the now. Many are also pushing their boundaries and learning more about letting go and being their authentic self. Coaching does that to people, makes them really look at their life and what needs to change so they can align themselves with their true values and belief systems.

Life is in a constant state of influx, and so is the way we live, one day you can predict everything that will happen and have full control. Yet on another day you will feel like life has ‘done’ something to you and you are in reactive mode. Take the recent floods in Queensland for example, human nature does not discriminate, this can happen to anybody, so if you are in a natural disaster your world changes in a flash and you reassess your priorities. Things can be replaced, but not human life.
How lucky are we to live in a country where there is a strong sense of solidarity and community, you are not alone, people help people that too is in our nature. So with the winds of change you realise what is really important, family, friends, neighbours and pets. All the rest is the trimmings and the sense of security you have. It starts with You first, feeling safe in yourself and confident that no matter what you have given it your everything.
Goal setting is like that you keep going no matter what others say and you really believe in your actions and what your big picture is. You know this is attainable and realistic and so it is a given it will happen, you just need to keep taking small steps towards action and it will happen.
Keep believing and knowing that you have all the resources you need inside.
