When you go through any challenge, you are tested, and to learn and grow we need to be challenged, it is that simple. Just last week I thought I was on a clear path, the indicators told me so, so when that wasn't so my head and heart were in conflict. It was like one of those surreal moments you are disassociated from the experience and see yourself in it. Well that was me, shocked and in disbelief. That was last week and today I am in a better place.

Time does heal that is for sure. As they say one door closes and another one opens, I believe things happen for a reason, and so I have justified it and filed the moment somewhere in my learnings. I decide how I feel about things and my experiences; sure there is sadness and disappointment. However I choose to be grateful and feel loved, adored and wanted. That is a better place to resonate from. And that is what I choose. Feeling overwhelmed with emotions and stuck in the moment does not help me move on; in fact it does the complete opposite. You choose your emotional state and how you react. That is what I call feeling empowered. For example on Saturday instead of feeling sorry for myself and going back to sleep when our little one was up, I decided to spend time with my family and make french toast instead! Turning it around made me feel so much better and also created another magical moment with my family.

Challenges are good for the soul as we appreciate how far we have come and get excited about what is around the corner. Whilst being present in the moment. I have certainly learnt this again last week. Lessons of life never cease and I am reminded again of my values and what I hold dear to me. So that makes us aware of the motivators of what /why we do. Waiting is just a part of the big picture; you need to wait in order to enjoy.

So let the waiting begin

Yeah i think some times we all get so stuck in the good and bad... when it doesnt suit our motives or our conscious direction.... Thigs just are sometimes and if we dont weight it with good or bad we find equanamie . One of my faviourite sayings is God never uses the front door...
