Face Your Fears

This topic comes up a lot for me lately, so I thought it would be appropriate to share my learnings and insights so you can gain some awareness and perhaps some new way of thinking.

Just now I had a client cancel her first coaching session, interesting as yesterday she sounded like she wanted to talk about her relationship issues. After all she made the first step to book a coach, so from that act she was searching for help. Today it was a different story; she did not answer her phone on our designated appointment time. People want change then they bury their head in the sand. That is the way I see it, if you reach out for support and the hand is out extend for you then you must take it. This is the way forward. If you hesitate and pretend the issue is no longer, well who are you trying to convince?

Facing your fears of the unknown or your simple truth needs to be faced. No matter how much hurt we feel and confusion about our affairs, if you want to move forward then you must acknowledge where you are and what needs to change.

In change you will gain new learnings and your entire being will thank you from your mental exhaustion to your tired stressed out body.

Can you see why facing your fears is a good thing?

From a health perspective alone, you will feel lighter and younger by owing your issues and doing something about it. You move forward to a better future and your body welcomes the transition. Your face becomes more relaxed and those lines around your face are washed away.

Your body relaxes and just is... you are in the moment and everything is ok, there are no fears just growth into something exciting and new.

Imagine if you can hold that attitude instead, we would be opening the door to change at every opportunity with no resistance whatsoever.

When we hit the wall, the obstacle is there to be overcome, if you are reaching for assistance then take it, you are on the cusp of change. Embrace the opportunity; embrace yourself as you display courage and determination to have a better brighter future.
