If you do not pay attention, you pay with PAIN

Often times we go through life focusing on one or two areas of our lives, for some it is career and family, for others its career and finances. Some lean more towards, freedom and choice. Nowadays you see more and more focusing on health and balance. Which one are you?

When I was single it was definitely the health, career and finances person, then this shifted towards health, relationships and career. Nowadays these 3 areas dominate my world. I know when I only focused on career for example my health suffered as I didn’t give myself ‘me’ time to recharge and get that work life balance. So if you do not pay attention in one area in your life you do pay with pain. Absolutely.

Some people think that they will always have the same state of health, so they take it for granted, they focus on being the provider and the security for the family, yet their health is important too. Without health there is nada!

I know too many individuals like this, they have great work ethics yet, struggle with getting the right balance, and sooner or later feel guilty that they haven’t been around to enjoy those moments with their loved ones. Health issues prop up at every age level if undetected, pushing yourself beyond your limits is not heroic, and in fact you are cutting your quality of time short because you feel this is the only way. Everybody looses starting with you.

You can balance work and health and find what best works for you in the long run. Don’t you want to be around for your children and potential grand-children? Taking care of your body is number one, from the inside out. Being healthy in body, mind and spirit.

If you value freedom and choice, and these are your drivers do you have enough to live on? Again I have seen this whereby, a spiritual person has amazing energy and sense of being and empathy, yet struggles to make a living and is constantly ‘borrowing’ from others. This is not the ideal way either as they are on the fringe of society, asking for donations to live day to day.

As I have heard numerous times, life is meant to be abundant in all areas, so if you only focus on one or two life areas you may feel like the other areas are feeling neglected and thus you will feel out of balance.

Working with a life coach, can address this, so come along become a member and book your first session, awareness awaits.
